Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years in Human Resources with significant Employee Relations experience.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management.
Lead and manage complex workplace investigations with confidentiality.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and HR stakeholders to ensure policy consistency.
Analyze data and trends to identify proactive risk mitigation opportunities.
Coach managers and HR partners on corrective action and conflict resolution.
Develop and enhance ER policies, processes, and programs.
Support organizational change initiatives and cross-functional HR projects.
Mentor junior ER team members and contribute to ER best practices.
