Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 2+ years of HR experience, focus on employee relations.
• Ability to interpret and communicate federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and training facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality, with ability to advise senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• ER Consultation and Issue Resolution – advise on complex personnel issues and escalate appropriately.
• Program Management – manage programs like employee assistance, grievance procedures, and performance management.
• Workplace Investigations – conduct investigations and engage business partners.
• Training – develop and deliver training on employee relations topics.
• Project Management – lead cross‑functional projects to modernize ER workflows.
