JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal supervision to perform confidential employee relations matters from the human resource department which require advanced skills, knowledge, and abilities for successful completion. This position will support the hospital and nursing. Hospital experience is strongly preferred.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
5 years Professional experience in one or more areas of human resource management, including at least three (3) years in assigned area with Bachelor's Degree, or 9 years Professional experience in one or more areas of specific HR/ER management, including at least three (3) years in assigned area with High School Diploma.
