PalAmerican Security seeks an Employee Relations Manager to oversee employee relations programs, investigations, and policy compliance across the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, ensuring alignment with employment laws.

You will mentor the People & Culture team, manage investigations into harassment and discrimination, and coordinate responses to external inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR with emphasis on employee relations and compliance.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR/CPHR or equivalent preferred.
