Job summary

DLP Capital is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to drive fair and compliant employee relations across a dispersed workforce. You will lead investigations, coach managers, and shape policy with a focus on risk mitigation and integrity.

You will partner with legal and People Operations while maintaining confidential, accurate records and delivering timely recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
• Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment laws for a dispersed workforce.
• Strong investigative, research, documentation and analytical skills.
• Ability to recommend and implement appropriate employment actions with fairness and consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Guide Managers on effective leadership, communication, and people management.
• Conduct impartial investigations into complaints, misconduct, and grievances.
• Mediate disputes and guide disciplinary processes.
• Ensure investigations comply with laws and company policies.
• Communicate case status and updates promptly.
• Develop recommendations with cross-functional teams for appropriate actions.
• Provide coaching on performance improvement and policy changes.
• Maintain detailed records of all complaints and investigations.
• Prepare executive summaries to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
