Job summary

Laguna Development Corporation seeks an Employee Relations Manager to act as the organization’s subject matter expert on employee relations, investigations, performance management, corrective action, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance.

You will partner with leaders across a 24/7 operation to resolve workplace concerns, oversee sensitive investigations, review disciplinary actions, and develop reporting, coaching, and training programs to foster a fair and compliant workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with experience in employee relations.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance compassion with accountability while making defensible decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Lead performance management, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and operations to foster a fair, compliant culture.
