Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation Human Resource Office, seeks a Human Resource Analyst 3 to coordinate employee relations for assigned organizations. You will advise managers on disciplinary actions, investigate grievances, and support arbitration preparation.

Responsibilities include policy review, training delivery, and negotiating settlements; telework possible up to three days weekly; standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule in Harrisburg area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; three years of analytical HR experience with two years in professional HR roles or an equivalent mix of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate disciplinary actions and advise managers on procedures.
• Interpret and guide on collective bargaining agreements.
