Job summary

USI Insurance Services seeks an experienced EB Senior Account Manager to lead complex employee benefits accounts and act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing consultative guidance and overseeing service delivery.

Responsibilities include managing a diverse book, coordinating with carriers, leading renewals, analyzing utilization, and advising on plan design, compliance, and client communications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employee benefits or a related marketplace.
• Strong understanding of employee benefit plan design, funding arrangements, and compliance.
• Active Life and Disability license or ability to obtain one within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex book of business with multiple funding arrangements and plan customization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers, providing proactive support.
• Lead client renewals, including utilization analysis and carrier negotiations.
• Educate and advise clients on compliance matters including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, Form 5500, and Health Care Reform.
• Lead and attend client meetings, present renewal outcomes and recommendations.
• Coordinate technical resources to support complex client needs.
