Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an EB Senior Account Manager to oversee a complex book of employee benefits with multi-funding arrangements and plan customizations.

In this role you will act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, deliver consultative guidance, lead renewals, and coordinate with carriers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in employee benefits or related marketplace.
• Strong understanding of benefit plan design, funding arrangements, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex book of business with multiple funding arrangements and plan customization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
• Lead client renewals with analysis and carrier negotiations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in employee benefits to the Account Management team.
• Develop client communications for renewals and benefit changes and oversee issue resolution.
