Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY seeks a mid to senior level Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate to join its New York office. You will advise on employee benefits and executive compensation in mergers and acquisitions and collaborate with senior partners.

You will draft, revise and negotiate sophisticated documents, manage multiple matters, and contribute to business development within the corporate services group while building a long term career in a growing New York

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of focused experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Extensive experience drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate and transactional benefits documents.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in New York or eligibility to become admitted promptly.
• Ability to work independently in office 5 days per week with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review employee benefit plans, agreements, and compensation programs in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
• Advise on design, implementation, and compliance of employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate sophisticated corporate and compensation related documents and ancillary deal materials.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously from inception to conclusion while delivering high quality, timely work product.
• Collaborate with partners on business development and help deepen client relationships within the corporate services group.
