Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc is seeking a Managing Consultant to provide employee benefits consulting services and lead daily account service for all assigned clients in Massachusetts. You will be a key point of contact for clients and drive business results through strong client service and project leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of employee benefits experience, with proficiency in MS Office. A Life and Health license is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of employee benefits consulting experience.
• Strong client facing and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Life and Health license in good standing, required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results through effective client service, management and retention.
• Manage day-to-day client activities.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings.
• Independently manage and execute projects.
• Manage complex projects, teams and client deliverables.
• Support and/or lead the development of multi-year strategic plans incorporating client-specific business needs and objectives.
• Understand, update, and create financial models.
• Act as a trainer and mentor for consultants.
• Develop relationships across internal, client and vendor organizations
