Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages all policy activity and stewardship aspects in book of business.
• Analyzes claims data and reports trends against benchmarks.
• Ensures client compliance with respect to benefits and ACA implications.
• Gathers information for proposals and presents options to marketplaces.
• Conducts enrollment meetings with prepared collaterals.
• Maintains accuracy and timeliness to minimize errors and omissions claims.
• Manages house accounts and reviews accounts for additional lines.
• Cultivates relationships with insurance company partners.
