The Baldwin Group is seeking a Sr Employee Benefits Client Executive to lead the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of client benefit plans. You will manage a substantial book of business and oversee policy activity, delivering compliant, cost-effective benefits programs.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in insurance/benefits, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as CEBS/SPHR/PHR.

Formación

• Minimum seven (7) years of insurance and/or benefits experience, including leading a client management team.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• CEBS, SPHR, or PHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the tactical and operational leadership in design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of client benefit plans.
• Manage a book of business generating $1M+ revenue and oversee policy activity and stewardship.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and other regulations; provide training to the Client Executive Team.
