Zusammenfassung

The Baldwin Group in Boston is seeking a Sr. Client Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of mid to high complexity employee benefits clients.

You will lead multi-year renewal strategies, analyze plan performance, and provide strategic guidance to strengthen client relationships. You will collaborate with Advisors, CSS, carriers, and internal Baldwin support colleagues to ensure compliant, timely service, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements while delivering a Peace of Mind

Qualifikationen

Advanced ability to analyze complex benefits data and deliver strategic recommendations.
Manage highly complex client issues with sound judgment and escalation handling.
Experience presenting to executive decision makers with clear communication.

Aufgaben

Foster and maintain strong client relationships and provide meaningful consulting.
Lead renewal strategy, analyze options, benchmarking, and plan design alternatives.
Prepare and deliver QBR insights with trend analysis and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and manage communications.
Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to meet timelines and deliverables.
