Job summary

The Baldwin Group, CAC Group's leading advisor, seeks a Client Executive to drive client strategy and service delivery for a diverse book of business across the United States. You will oversee client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage renewal and vendor sourcing activities to achieve outcomes on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources management.
• Minimum 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced work environment.
• Outstanding communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Participate in setting client strategy and managing the cadence of client service.
• Provide best in class client service by exceeding expectations for a book of business.
• Project manage client service plans and ensure team meets deadlines.
• Maintain open communication with the HCR team and set expectations for deliverables.
• Assist in renewal/vendor sourcing processes and vendor information gathering.
• Prepare RFPs, analyze quotes, and develop client strategies with PE HCR team.
• Coordinate implementation of new plans and ensure client compliance.
• Mentor and develop client service team members; support business development opportunities.
