Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a benefits analyst to analyze information and create financial deliverables for clients with standard to complex benefit programs. The role includes renewal projections, claims utilization analysis, benchmarking, and development of cost-reduction opportunities.

You'll act as the primary contact with insurance carriers, negotiate quotes, and prepare renewal and new plan options with executive summaries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability insurance license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information and create financial deliverables for clients with standard to complex benefit programs.
• Prepare standard analyses with occasional customization (market review, renewal projections, claims utilization, benchmarking, and funding analyses).
• Serve as primary contact with insurance carriers; negotiate and market coverage for new business quotes and renewals.
