Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Atlanta, GA seeks a financial analyst to analyze information and create deliverables for clients with standard to complex benefit programs, including fully insured and self-funded plans. You will perform market reviews, renewal projections, claims analysis, benchmarking, and executive summaries; act as primary carrier contact, negotiate options, and maintain carrier relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in employee benefits, a high school diploma (college degree

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability insurance license.
High School Diploma; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial analytics for fully insured and self-funded clients.
Prepare standard analyses: market reviews, renewal projections, claims utilization, benchmarking, and funding analyses.
Develop strategy, plan modeling, and cost-reduction opportunities.
Serve as primary contact with carriers; negotiate quotes and renewals; prepare executive summaries.
