Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking an analyst to deliver financial deliverables for clients with standard to complex benefit programs.

You will perform market reviews, renewal projections, and claims analyses, serving as the primary contact with carriers and preparing renewal options with executive summaries. This role requires collaboration in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting and supports growth within a leading insurer and consultant.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• High School Graduate; college degree preferred.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a state Life & Disability insurance license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial analytics for fully insured and self-funded clients (100–1,000 lives).
• Prepare standard analyses with some customization (market review, renewal projections, claims utilization).
• Negotiate and market coverage for new business quotes and renewals with carriers.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships and review renewal illustrations.
• Write client-facing Executive Summaries with observations, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Participate in onboarding training and peer review processes.
• Stay current on industry trends and new products.
