Acrisure in California seeks a Sr. Benefits Account Manager to support a portfolio of employee benefits clients.

You will apply core insurance principles, develop coverage strategies, and serve as the primary contact for complex accounts, with license requirements and cross‑functional collaboration. This role emphasizes relationship management, regulatory knowledge (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA), and guidance on enrollment, claims, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience servicing employee benefit clients in the small and large group segment.
• L&H license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand needs and challenges.
• Conduct regular meetings to review benefit programs and discuss improvements.
• Provide strategic advice on health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
• Analyze current programs and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA.
