Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and ensure performance requirements.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to needs.
• Lead Account Coordinators and oversee daily activities.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and file creation.
• Manage renewals, verify data, and liaise with clients and carriers.
