Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits to oversee client relationships across the benefits book and lead a team of Account Coordinators under Producer guidance.

You will manage service delivery, renewals, data management, and growth opportunities while ensuring compliance and high-quality client experiences. This role offers remote/hybrid work with travel to LA-area clients as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Active insurance license or current licensing
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities
• High accuracy in handling large volumes of work
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• HS Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance targets without liability.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to needs.
• Lead Account Coordinators and oversee daily tasks.
• Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
• Coordinate new business setup and data gathering.
• Oversee renewals, data verification, and carrier communications.
• Build and maintain strong client-carrier relationships.
