You will supervise Account Coordinators, handle renewals, and ensure data integrity while pursuing opportunities for growth in employee benefits programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience required.
• Active licensing is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills expected.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy in handling large volumes of work.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
