Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Employee Benefits. The role emphasizes client service, team leadership, and managing account coordinators with an eye on renewals, data management, and carrier relationships.

You will identify sales opportunities, implement benefit processes, ensure compliance, and develop strong client partnerships while upholding IOA values in a remote-friendly, West Coast-influenced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage book of business and meet performance requirements.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly.
• Lead the account team and supervise Account Coordinators.
• Direct daily activities and task assignments.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA.
• Manage new business setup and data gathering.
• Oversee renewals and coordinate with clients and carriers.
