You will work with consultants, carriers, and internal teams to deliver a high-touch client experience and lasting relationships.

The role focuses on managing fully insured and self-funded benefits, coordinating renewals, and presenting data while staying current on industry trends and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or employee benefits.
• Employee Benefits experience required; agency/brokerage preferred.
• Active Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a book of fully insured and self-funded employee benefits clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering responsive, high-quality service.
• Coordinate renewals, annual coverage reviews, and enrollment questions.
• Present renewal data and market analysis in partnership with the consultant.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate with consultants, carriers, and internal teams.
