Qualifications

• Active California Life/Health license (required or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in group benefits account management.
• Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal and marketing reports comparing employee benefits plans.
• Assist with annual open enrollment meetings and client presentations.
• Draft and distribute client communications, including notices.
• Calculate employee contributions and develop strategies aligned with budgets.
• Collect and organize new client information and onboarding documentation.
• Support client employees with benefit questions and claims resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA and ACA.
