Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and exercise the annual Continuity of Operations/Continuity of Business Plan, ensuring alignment with NAVWAR mission-essential functions and current plans.
• Maintain mustering/reporting training guidance and coordinate annual continuity exercise training across NAVWAR components.
• Manage the Department Operations Center (DOC) and equipment; maintain DOC SOPs; deliver Emergency Management training; provide data-call input; ensure personnel evacuation and accounting during emergencies (primarily remotely).
• Schedule and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings; prepare read-aheads, minutes, and historical files; coordinate with outside Emergency Management entities and customers.
• Support Safety/OSH operations for OSHA compliance: conduct safety inspections and investigations, perform ergonomic risk assessments, deliver employee training, and complete safety trainings.
• Document and process safety actions; enter investigation and abatement data into ESAMS, RMI, and NFTT system.
• Track Safety and Emergency Management tickets and taskers; provide weekly reports and monthly trend analyses; support data calls and OSHA logging.
• Conduct daily facility walks and verify service desk resolution; respond to business interruptions to restore operations; maintain compliance with OS, IA, and Foreign Disclosure requirements.
