Stantec is seeking an Emergency Management Specialist – Project Manager, Critical Infrastructure to join our Emergency Management Practice in the United States. This role focuses on managing multi-year EM programs for critical infrastructure and coordinating with clients, agencies, and utilities.

You will lead project delivery, develop EOPs/EAPs/COOPs, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to expand EM services across projects and proposals.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience delivering emergency management and resilience services for critical infrastructure systems.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multidisciplinary teams across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Knowledge of emergency management frameworks and standards (ISC, NIMS, SEMS, HSEEP, COOP).
• Experience delivering client-ready deliverables (EOPs, EAPs, COOPs, exercises, after-action reports).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and client engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Clear, concise written delivery for complex, regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; staff mentoring/management desired.

Responsabilités

• Programmatic EM delivery for large multi-year contracts with client engagement and quality control.
• Manage delivery of EM and resilience projects: scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality.
• Serve as client-facing contact, coordinating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and review high-quality deliverables: EOPs, EAPs, COOPs, training and exercises.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate EM services into projects and proposals.
• Support business development and cross-sell EM capabilities; contribute to capture activities.
