Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Enterprise Systems Project Manager for its Management Consulting Team to support enterprise asset management (EAM) consulting for local governments and utilities in North America. The role emphasizes project leadership, client engagement, and staff mentoring within a dynamic GIS/CMMS environment.

You will work with Cityworks, Lucity EAM, Cartegraph, and ArcGIS platforms, guiding workshops and delivering high-quality results on schedule. Travel approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; higher degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience preferred, including project management activities.
• Hands-on experience with local government and utility leadership.
• Technologically advanced in one or more enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership to develop scopes, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Develop work products with limited oversight for complex client challenges; mentor staff.
• Join client meetings and workshops; train junior staff in relevant areas.
• Lead project teams in identifying and analyzing issues affecting organizations.
• Serve as project manager for client engagements, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Meet performance goals and delivery milestones; support training activities.
