• Demonstrated senior-level emergency management and resilience experience for critical infrastructure.
• Ability to manage projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality oversight.
• Knowledge of emergency management frameworks (NIMS, SEMS, HSEEP) and continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale emergency management programs for critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop client-ready EOPs, EAPs, COOPs, and exercise materials.
• Ensure quality control, risk management, and schedule adherence across projects.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate EM services into proposals and projects.
• Support business development, opportunities, and client relationships.
