Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management and client-facing roles.
• Experience developing solutions with local governments and utilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; higher degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~15% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership by scoping, delivering, and managing client expectations.
• Develop work products with limited oversight to support client challenges.
• Lead client meetings and workshops, mentoring junior staff.
• Serve as project manager for client engagements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Meet delivery milestones, quality standards, and training requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
