Responsibilities

• Perform caller interrogation to determine response for police, fire, and EMS.
• Maintain communication with incident commanders and document critical information.
• Relay emergency information, organize mutual aid, and inform officials of changes.
• Identify problem areas, take action to resolve issues, and supervise subordinates.
