Qualifications

• Two years of experience in public safety dispatch preferred.
• Certified Training Officer (CTO) experience preferred.
• CPR and/or Emergency Medical Dispatch experience, certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage dispatchers and communications on shift.
• Coordinate schedules, training, payroll, and work assignments.
• Assist department Terminal Agency Coordinator and Communication Manager.
