Competenze

• Associate degree required in business or health care administration.
• Formal supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Proven leadership ability with team coaching and performance management.

• Provide leadership and supervision for the ED clerical team.
• Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of the ED Clerical Team.
• Counsel, mentor, coach, discipline, and evaluate ED Clerks.
• Identify and plan for staffing within department and budget.
