Qualifications

• DoD security clearance required and US citizenship is mandatory.
• Experience leading cross-functional software teams for embedded systems.
• Proficient in C++ with embedded software development background.
• Degree in STEM and 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for software engineers and project teams in embedded waveform development.
• Manage scope, schedule and EVMS-based budgets for software efforts.
• Ensure predictable program execution and pursue continuous improvement.
• Contribute to engineering bids and proposals with accurate cost estimates.
• Develop workforce plans including hiring and career development actions.
• Ensure compliance with Collins Aerospace development processes and standards.
• Collaborate across programs to share resources and best practices.
