Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 10+ years experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• At least 5+ years leading engineering teams with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in program execution, bidding, planning, EVM, and risk management.
• 5+ years FPGA/ASIC development experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to interface across contributors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing FPGA engineering team from entry to senior levels.
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and shared services to deliver FPGA solutions.
• Drive product strategy and engineering excellence across the FPGA lifecycle.
• Support business growth through technical insights for proposals and pursuits.
• Manage staffing and program execution to meet schedules using earned value management.
• Ensure compliance with Collins standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
