Qualifications

• Experience leading software projects with 10+ engineers.
• Experience delivering embedded software to operational systems.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Eligibility for Top Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a mission team.

Responsibilities

• Define software requirements, concepts of operations, and architectures as part of a system engineering team.
• Apply systems and software engineering to craft, develop, and test spacecraft systems.
• Plan and direct test campaigns to verify software meets mission requirements.
• Mentor other staff, engage with spacecraft engineers, and participate in focused working groups.
