Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience, or Master's with 6 years, or Ph.D. with 4 years.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must have current/active DoD Secret clearance to start and maintain.
• Must be able to obtain SAP access prior to start and maintain.
• 4 years of experience as Software Engineering/Development Team Leader.
• 3 years identifying risks, mitigating, tracking defects, developing resolutions, and reporting status.
• Experience with software Integration and Test.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of design, development, and integration of software components.
• Engage with business leaders and customers to understand and drive business execution.
• Support the team in removing impediments and driving goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data.
• Generate proposals and estimates inputs for new work.
• Lead the team applying standards, processes, and Agile practices.
• Ensure compliance with iSDP and ADP.
• Coordinate with Systems and Hardware disciplines as needed.
• Demonstrate strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Set and measure employee performance expectations.
• Mentor and develop staff.
