Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management or leading teams or projects.
• 8+ years in Digital/FPGA Design process from requirements to verification.
• 5+ years leading FPGA design projects.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance and SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and workload forecasting; recruitment and onboarding for contractors.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build diverse, high-engagement teams with mentoring and coaching.
• Collaborate with Digital Management peers on FPGA and digital design initiatives.
