Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering.
• 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in embedded software roles.
• Experience with MISRA C and ISO 26262 functional safety (ASIL B+).
• 4 years of experience with CAN/CAN-FD, SPI, I²C, UART, LIN, and UDS.
• 4 years of experience implementing battery management algorithms (SOC/SOH/SOE/SOT).
• 2 years of experience with firmware and real-time controls for power converters (DCDC) and high-speed switching.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software development efforts to align with defined requirements and system integration.
• Design, development, and testing of embedded software per MISRA C and V-cycle.
• Develop software for safety-critical components, including battery protections.
• Define and document test cases with the test team and provide detailed requirements.
• Contribute to algorithms and controls development for power electronics modules (DCDC, On-board charger).
• Verify algorithm performance on high voltage test benches and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
