Ford Motor Company seeks a Supervisor for Body Control Software in Allen Park, MI. Lead embedded software developers, plan milestones, and drive timely delivery of high-quality ECU software components for real-time automotive systems.

Responsibilities include design reviews, architecture alignment with AUTOSAR, and collaboration with validation teams and tool vendors. Domestic travel up to 10% is required; hybrid work from home and site coexistence is expected.

Formación

• Designing and developing software components using C for real-time embedded systems.
• Experience with software configuration management and version control.
• Capturing requirements using JAMA or DOORS for traceability and version control.
• Experience debugging embedded software on hardware benches with debuggers.
• Developing embedded software within AUTOSAR using Vector DaVinci and EB Tresos.
• Experience in agile software development and Jira/PTC Integrity for project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of embedded software developers and manage backlog.
• Plan and deliver software per milestones and validate with validation teams.
• Develop reusable software components and documentation for integration guides.
• Perform code integration tasks and optimize build environments.
• Travel up to 10% domestically.
