United Launch Alliance (ULA) in Denver seeks an Embedded Flight Software Engineer 4 to lead development across the full software lifecycle for flight control and related subsystems. You will implement efficient C/C++ code, apply agile processes, and mentor teams in a safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, design reviews, and collaboration with customers and suppliers.远

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated technical leadership of software engineering teams and/or projects.
• Experience with large-scale, safety critical, embedded software projects.

Responsibilities

• Author and drive processes for capturing system and implementation requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Own the team backlog and drive implementation and test activities.
• Develop software across the full lifecycle for flight control, preflight, and related subsystems.
• Lead or coach teams on modern software practices and AI-assisted tooling.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and users as needed.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver robust embedded flight software.
