SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Developer in Needham, MA to design, implement, and ship production firmware for consumer devices. You will work on device control, OTA updates, and differentiated features, while aligning with architecture, HAL standards, and platform components.

You will collaborate across teams, participate in design reviews, and help mature CI/tests and security fundamentals for high-volume products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software and firmware development.
• Production firmware you've delivered and shipped in commercial products.
• Building to an architecture defined by others — implementing reference designs, drivers, or platform components from documented interface contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and debug production embedded firmware for consumer and home appliance products.
• Features end to end — requirements clarification, implementation, unit test, integration, and release support.
• Building in the retained areas: device control, OTA, and differentiated product features.
• Development against the architecture, interface, and HAL standards — adopting platform components rather than rebuilding them.
• Prototype technology options to de-risk decisions ahead of program commitment.
