Blue Origin is seeking a hands-on firmware leader to architect, develop, verify, and deliver embedded firmware for custom digital ASICs in the TeraWave system. You will own firmware across the silicon lifecycle from pre-silicon verification to production readiness.

The role requires deep expertise in low-level firmware, hardware/software integration, and cross-functional collaboration with ASIC design, verification, RF, and manufacturing teams to meet program milestones.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in embedded firmware development.
• Experience with bare-metal and resource-constrained environments.
• Strong knowledge of embedded processors, memory, interrupts, DMA.
• Experience with hardware/software interfaces and ASIC/FPGA teams.
• Proven firmware verification strategies and automated validation.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture, design, and validation of embedded firmware for DBF ASICs.
• Develop ROM/runtime firmware including beam forming and calibration.
• Define hardware/software interfaces and initialization sequences.
• Create and execute firmware verification plans and test strategies.
• Lead pre- and post-silicon firmware bring-up and debugging.
• Deliver production firmware to validation and manufacturing teams.
