Blue Origin in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced firmware engineer to develop and validate secure enclave firmware for custom ASICs in the TeraWave system. You will collaborate with hardware and communications teams to implement boot, attestation, OTA updates, and lifecycle management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in firmware, strong C skills, and a background in embedded systems. Relocation is supported and interviews include a technical assessment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in firmware development.
• Experience developing software that directly controls hardware, such as firmware or low-level embedded code.
• Experience debugging embedded firmware and hardware/software interactions.
• Experience with secure boot, attestation, or related security concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop ROM code, bootloaders, and runtime firmware for secure enclaves of custom ASICs.
• Develop and support firmware for secure boot, attestation, OTA updates, and manufacturing provisioning.
• Work with hardware and systems engineers to define firmware interfaces.
• Support pre-silicon firmware development, integration, and validation.
• Support post-silicon bring-up and validation of custom ASICs.
