Competenze

• Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field with 6 years of industry experience in controls hardware development (or bachelor’s with 8+ years)
• 3 years R&D, product development and manufacturing environments
• 5 years with C/C++, PLCs, computer architecture, and embedded/industrial networking
• 2–3 years electrical design, schematics, PCB layout interpretation, and component specs
• 2–3 years power converter control design, power electronics, and electrical/thermal considerations
• 3 years minimum in automation, test‑driven development, and engineering test frameworks (GitHub, DLL, MATLAB, Python)

Mansioni

• Architect, design, and develop embedded firmware for power converters control systems
• Design robust control solutions for power converters and embedded interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C)
• Write, compile, test, and debug firmware through full product lifecycle
• Develop and maintain simulation models of power converters for validation
• Analyze electrical schematics and hardware interfaces for root-cause investigations
• Perform hands‑on hardware debugging in a high‑voltage lab under safety protocols
• Lead or support validation testing of control software and hardware
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable control systems and integration
