Job summary

Delart is building embedded software for next-generation wearable devices, focusing on battery management and power systems. You will architect firmware that directly interfaces with battery hardware to ensure safe, efficient device operation for millions of users.

Join a team of engineers delivering fuel-gauge drivers, charger integration, and telemetry stacks. Candidates should have 5+ years of embedded C, RTOS experience, and strong debugging skills using JTAG/SWD and power analyzers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-grade embedded C for microcontrollers.
• Experience in embedded RTOS environments and bare-metal bring-up.
• Experience with I2C/SPI peripheral drivers and debugging with analyzers.
• Experience with Linux kernel drivers in power subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain battery and power-management firmware for resource-constrained MCUs.
• Integrate and validate fuel gauges and charger ICs, configure NVM, protection thresholds, JEITA profiles.
• Develop device-side telemetry and ensure end-to-end validation against hardware ground truth.
• Diagnose field and lab failures across firmware, silicon, and power peripherals.
• Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and product teams to translate specs into fleet behavior.
• Drive firmware reliability in safety-critical decisions like charge termination and power-off thresholds.
