Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Architect to act as a technical leader with customers, guiding analytics adoption and solution design across the Alteryx Platform. The role is remote-friendly and collaborates with Sales, Support, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success to align solutions with client needs.

You will oversee architecture, data strategies, and governance, ensuring scalable, high-value deployments while promoting technical excellence across teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and analytics deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Alteryx Designer/Server and data platforms (SQL, Snowflake, Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for assigned customers.
• Advise on data strategies, analytics maturity, and integrations using Alteryx solutions.
• Guide centers of excellence, governance, and analytic modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align expertise for technical outcomes.
• Architect and guide complex deployments of Alteryx platforms (Designer, Server, etc.).
• Lead environment planning, upgrades, and optimize usage with training plans.
