Titan Brands is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist. This hands-on role translates campaign plans into timely, revenue‑driving email experiences across our brand portfolio.

You will build email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo and Attentive, manage audiences, QA thoroughly, deploy schedules, and report results. With strong email/SMS fundamentals and attention to detail, you’ll grow toward channel planning, testing strategy, and performance optimization within a collaborative marketing team

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building campaigns in email/SMS platforms.
• Klaviyo and Attentive experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for templates.
• Analytical fluency for email/SMS and ecommerce metrics.
• Strong QA mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo and SMS campaigns in Attentive from approved briefs to launch.
• Create and QA automated journeys (welcome, cart/abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back).
• Segment audiences using engagement, purchase history, and lifecycle signals.
• Ensure templates render correctly across devices and inboxes.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, merchandising, and ecommerce teams on briefs and calendars.
• Set up tests, document results, and apply learnings to optimize content and timing.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable recommendations.
