Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own end-to-end email campaigns, focusing on segmentation, deployment processes, and flawless execution at scale. You will work with global partners to drive data-driven journeys and innovative approaches across email programs.

The role requires detail-oriented, proactive email marketing leadership, strong collaboration across teams, and a passion for delivering measurable results in a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (Marketo preferred).
• Experience managing end-to-end email campaigns in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to QA campaigns and tokens.

Responsibilities

• Manage email campaign requests and workflow via Asana to prevent conflicts and errors.
• Review builds, troubleshoot design issues in Knak, sync assets, and schedule campaigns in Marketo.
• Perform QA on subject lines, pre-header text, CTAs, and layout for consistency and compliance.
• Build target audiences using lead fields and intent data.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to define effective email frameworks.
• Execute A/B tests and implement dynamic content for personalization.
• Analyze and report on key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
