Thorne is seeking a Senior Manager of Email Marketing to lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, build personalization strategies, and drive customer engagement. You will own end-to-end email programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data to optimize campaigns and retention across Thorne’s customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in email marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Power BI.
• Experience with Iterable for campaigns.
• Strong QA and attention to detail.
• HTML/CSS basic understanding.
• UTM tracking knowledge.
• CDP/Hightouch knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive lifecycle marketing from concept to execution across email.
• Develop personalization and segmentation roadmaps with cross-team input.
• Improve engagement and retention through targeted messaging.
• Own email lead generation and opt-in strategies.
• Manage email calendar and build new content ideas.
• Set KPIs and report email performance.
• Run A/B tests and apply learnings.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal on messaging.
